Hi, My wife and i live in Istanbul-Turkey. I had ordered (Order Nr.1466186) for my wife 10 items of your jewels to be delivered via Yasemin Sinram.our niece. We have received them on the 3rd of May. With one exception my wife loved all of them. Unfortunately both earrings of item nr. 23577 are full of stains,of which one is big enough to be seen by naked eyes. We would like to return the earrings to be changed with stainless ones. Yet sending them to the U.S. costs more than the rings themselves. However we can give them to Yasemin, who will be visiting Turkey in June and getting back to the U.S. in July. This means that, She can be returning item 23577 to you at the earliest then. Please let me know , if this settlement is appropriate for you or any other settlement that seems possible. Thanking you in advance, Regards
